Task Order on Community Strategy for Preventing Accidental Opiate Ingestion by Children

The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) sought a marketing/communications agency, pre-qualified by DHS’s RFQ for Design, Content and Digital Strategy, to develop a communication strategy for a multi-component risk reduction plan to prevent children’s accidental exposure to opiates and other dangerous drugs. The successful applicant was expected to conduct design, branding, marketing, user research/testing, and content writing and strategy activities to support the development of the communication strategy.
