RFP for Short-Term Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities

Community Care Behavioral Health (Community Care) and the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health (DHS) sought Medicaid enrolled providers to develop and operate two distinct short-term Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities(ST-PRTF). Both ST-PRTFs provide residential treatment services for Allegheny County HealthChoices/MA eligible youth under 18 years of age, who may also be involved with the Allegheny County Office of Children Youth and Families and/or Juvenile Probation, as well as other HealthChoices eligible youth at risk of inpatient mental health hospitalizations or placement in long term Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF).

This is a Community Care Behavioral Health contract. The evaluation process and contract award for this RFP were executed by Community Care Behavioral Health.
