RFP for Random Moment Time Studies Software

DHS sought a RMTS Software Solution for use in allocating staff time and related costs across DHS program and shared services offices. The Successful Proposer offered a RMTS Software Solution with demonstrated success in the public sector and within an integrated human services system.
